We believe Sony and Marvel decided to keep it under wraps as Spider-man vanished at the end of Avengers: Infinity War. Even though, everyone knew that he will be back soon, the studios wanted to push the trailer released as far as possible. But the fans were getting restless and impatient and started demanding the trailer for Spider-man: Far From Home, squeal to 2017’s Spiderman: Homecoming. Tom Holland, who plays Spider-man in MCU, took to the twitter to appealed in favor of fans who were demanding for a trailer for the Spider-man: Far From Home in twitter which is long due. As you can see in below tweet, Tom responded to a fan saying “I’ll see what I can do”

After all the hype and insistence from fans, absolute appeal from Tom Holland, Marvel and Sony jointly released the “teaser” (howbeit it’s 2:46 long) trailer earlier today and the internet is going crazy. This trailer dropped after Marvel released first trailer for fourth installment of Avengers movies, Endgame on 7th of December last year and third trailer for Captain Marvel on 7th Jan.
This movie will explore the events unfolding after Avengers: Endgame. In this trailer, we see Tom Holland(Peter Parker) is trying to get back to his normal life after getting vanished in Infinity war (and reappearing after events of Endgame?). Peter Parker takes a Euro Trip with his best friend Ned, MJ and rest of the gang while Nick Fury (also reappearing after events of Endgame?) joins them in Europe and takes Spider-man’s help to save another day. Because of absents of Tony Stark/Ironman in this trailer, we can assume that he might die in Endgame. Also, we get to see Jake Gyllenhaal as Mysterio in the trailer along with other mystical creatures.
Spider-man: Far From Home will be reeling us in to the theaters on 5th July, 2019.
