25 year old Nepali bodybuilder Maheswar Maharjan created history by winning Gold in 10th WBPF World Bodybuilding & Physique Sports Championship 2018 being held at Chiang Mai, Thailand. Maharjan secured the win in 75 kg category. Maharjan had also won gold in 50th Asian Bodybuilding and Physique Sports Championship held in Bhutan in 2016. In 2015, he won Bronze in 47th Asian Bodybuilding and Physique Sports Championship, won Nationwide Bodybuilding Championship and also became Mr. Nepal.
